Permanent Debt

From $2 million to $85 million with a max loan-to value of 75%. The choice has flexible prepay options and a fixed rate (locked at commitment) at 5-, 7-, and 10-year terms.

Construction / Permanent Debt

From $10 million to $85 million with a max loan-to value of 75%. This choice has flexible prepay options and a fixed rate for 5-, 7-, and 10-year terms (plus a 12-24-month construction period).
